Do metal wallets damage RFID cards?
No. A metal wallet will not erase or damage the RFID chip or magnetic stripe in your cards through normal carry. Some metal wallets even attenuate contactless reads, acting as partial RFID shielding. The thing that actually wears cards is friction and bending, which slim wallets reduce by holding cards flat.
